“Robin is an amazing voice teacher. My daughter was with Robin for 6 years. She  helped improve her voice as we well as stage presence and confidence. She helped her with auditions for several musicals as well as choir auditions in middle and high school. She has taught her to be more open vocally and has widened her range over the years.
   Robin really cares for her students. She makes lessons fun and is always willing to learn and suggest new music for her students. As a close student of Robin’s for many years, I was very excited to support her as Musical Director for Marquee’s youth production of Les Miserables! Seeing the production this past summer, I was simply blown away by the musical abilities of the students, along with their confidence in themselves and their voices! On Music Directing Les Miserables..."Robin was able to MD a diverse cast  with a wide range of vocal ability effectively in a matter of weeks, all while learning/ managing an extremely challenging orchestral score and libretto. This is no easy task by a long shot for such a large scale and well-known production! While I was only a pit musician and rehearsal accompanist for the show, Robin’s skill and commitment to quality, integrity and authenticity from cast members was very evident and I applaud her for a job well done. Kudos to her!"

     "My 18-year-old daughter  has took private voice lessons with Ms. Robin for seven years. In Annette’s words, “Ms. Robin is trusting and she doesn’t ever give up on me. She is always interested in all of my activities and gives me opportunities to sing at other musical events.” As the Mom, I appreciate the way Ms. Robin takes time to communicate with me, especially when there are musical opportunities for Annette. She is always flexible with our schedule and we work as a team. Ms. Robin cares so much about her students that when she knew Annette was looking for a summer job, Ms. Robin saw that a local business was hiring teen-age girls, she told Annette, who got the job, which she absolutely loved, which led to another job where she gets paid to sing!
     Ms. Robin has invited Annette to join her cabaret groups for a few shows and my daughter absolutely loves these special experiences! She excelled in her middle school choir and now is in the Chorale and Jazz Choirs in high school. She also received a Div. I Rating, with a perfect score, at the D303 Vocal Solo Contest! She has sung in Middle School’s The Treble Ensemble, Blue Lake Fine Arts International Choir and School of Rock, and even toured overseas with the Blue Lake Fine Arts International Choir during the summers of 2017 and 2019! 
      But, the student recitals are the best! Watching my daughter sing on stage with Ms. Robin accompanying her is the best “proud parent moment”!  I could not ask for a better private voice coach for my daughter!"
